Working with TCap Private Equity, we began by interrogating a disruptive concept. Our team mapped the current hotel design process and human interaction points to create an efficient and effective digital product. We interviewed hotel owners, designers, and stakeholders to ensure our vision solved market needs. The result is Hotel Furniture: a digital product that replaces a legacy, manual process.
