Sphere is on a mission to democratize coaching. Founded in 2017, the platform connects coaches with seekers looking for guidance in work, life, or wellness. We partnered with Sphere to strategize and build critical systems, while enhancing the user experience.
With an estimated 53,000 coaches worldwide, Sphere needs to ensure new coaches meet its high standards and have the skills, experience, and expertise to support a fast-growing subscription base. Founder Devon Brooks was personally overseeing the onboarding process for coaches, which was inefficient for everyone. We knew there was a better way.
Neon worked with Sphere to evolve the product for coaches, seekers, and staff alike. We split recruiting and onboarding, creating an intuitive way for guides to upload their professional identity and track their applications. For Sphere, we built simple tools to filter and view coaches, approve new applicants, flag issues, and publish profiles. Our team also designed and developed the complex systems that support both bookings and sessions.
By virtually connecting guides and seekers, Sphere enables more people to access the power of one-on-one coaching. The platform promotes mental health, wellness, personal growth, and career development through a seamless online experience.
